5. Fees & payment

Fees, payment schedules and currency are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
